Noah Croom is General Counsel and Partner oF the Beautiful Game Group, a modern private equity fund that invests in a network of professional sports teams across a variety of global growth sports.   He is NBA Executive with both League and Team management and operations experience. He also served as a player agent and legal counsel to a highly regarded sports representation agency. He is an outstanding strategist with operational and financial executive experience.

Noah graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Economics. He also earned his law degree from the University of Virginia. Upon graduation from law school, Noah clerked with the Delaware Supreme Court for one year before moving into private practice with the law firm of Latham and Watkins in New York City.  He left private practice in 1993 to serve as associate legal counsel for the National Basketball League (NBA) office headquarters in New York City. 

Following his time in the NBA League offices, Croom joined the Vancouver Grizzlies as the Assistant General Manager and legal counsel. When the team was relocated to Memphis, Croom stayed in professional basketball representing elite NBA players as Vice President and General Counsel for Goodwin Sports Management. Returning to the team side of the National Basketball League, Noah spent the last three years as the Assistant General Manager of the Minnesota Timberwolves NBA franchise.
