Sharon Fiehler founded ABC to CEO to prepare young women for the possibility of CEO. After a career of extraordinary leadership, Sharon applied her well-honed skills for solving complex problems to the gender equity gap. Rather than fighting for equality, Sharon is determined to provide the next generation with the information and virtual mentorship they need to navigate their way to the very top. During her career, Sharon served on Peabody Energy’s Senior Executive Committee reporting to the Chairman & CEO — a Fortune 500 company traded on the NYSE with revenues of approximately $8B and a global leader in sustainable mining serving customers in 30 countries on six continents. Sharon also served on the Board of the 8th District of the Federal Reserve and was Deputy Chair of the committee of the twelve District Chairs during her last year in office.
